FastAutomate builds hybrid AI automation and virtual AI employees (“Digimates”) that watch how humans work on screen and then automate those workflows using intelligent RPA, agents, and computer vision. To scale our automation products, we are hiring meticulous Data Annotators to label and review the data that powers our AI models and virtual workers. Responsibilities: Annotate and label data (text, images, UI screens, logs, audio, and/or video) according to detailed FastAutomate guidelines and project requirements. Review and correct labels to ensure high accuracy and consistency across training and evaluation datasets used by FastAutomate’s Digimates and automation pipelines. Work inside FastAutomate’s internal tools and third‑party annotation platforms, meeting defined quality and productivity targets. Flag unclear or edge‑case examples from real customer workflows and help refine annotation guidelines with the AI and product teams. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and QA to continuously improve data quality and model performance. Strictly follow FastAutomate’s data security and confidentiality standards when handling customer and internal data. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large annotation volumes. Good written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for multilingual projects. Comfortable using web‑based tools, spreadsheets, and general productivity software. Proven ability to follow complex written instructions and apply them systematically. Reliable, organized, and comfortable with repetitive, quality‑driven tasks. Nice to have: experience in data labeling/annotation, content moderation, transcription, or QA; familiarity with AI/ML and concepts like entities, intents, bounding boxes, or sentiment. What FastAutomate offers: Direct impact on cutting‑edge AI automation products and virtual AI employees used by global customers. Training on FastAutomate’s guidelines, tools, and best practices, plus ongoing feedback and coaching. A startup environment with room to grow into senior annotator, QA lead, data technician, or other data/operations roles. Collaboration with a distributed, international team at the intersection of AI, automation, and product.

FastAutomate is an AI automation company that combines intelligent RPA, agents, and computer vision to create virtual AI workers (“Digimates”) that automate on‑screen business processes. We are looking for a Data Technician to help collect, clean, and maintain the datasets and operational data that feed our automation platform and customer deployments. Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and enter data from various internal and customer sources into FastAutomate’s systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Clean and transform data (standardize values, remove duplicates, handle missing data) following documented FastAutomate procedures to support reliable AI automation flows. Run routine data quality checks and simple reports to identify issues in operational, product, and annotation data, and coordinate fixes with engineers and product owners. Maintain reference tables, configuration files, and lightweight documentation (data dictionaries, source descriptions, rules) used across the AI automation platform. Prepare basic extracts and reports for data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and customer success teams. Assist with simple queries (e.g., basic SQL or BI filters) and ad‑hoc data tasks under guidance from data engineers and analysts. Follow FastAutomate’s policies around data privacy, customer confidentiality, and security. Requirements: Strong practical skills in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large operational and annotation datasets. Basic understanding of databases and/or SQL is a strong plus; willingness to learn is essential. Comfortable with structured, process‑driven work and documenting what you do. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple small tasks and requests in parallel. Nice to have: experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or basic scripting (e.g., Python for data cleaning). What FastAutomate offers: Hands‑on experience with real AI automation pipelines and exposure to data engineering and ML workflows. Training on FastAutomate’s internal tools, data standards, and automation platform. Clear growth paths toward Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or specialized data operations roles for high performers. A fast‑moving, product‑focused environment where your data work directly supports AI agents and Digimates used by customers.
